Fully Detailed Proposal
After the on-site measure and quote, we will develop a fully detailed, transparent proposal with clear information about estimated pay back periods, equipment spec sheets and warranty information. Our quotes are inclusive and honest – no hidden fees.
If you wish to accept the quote and move forward onto the next stage, we will give you a sales contract to sign.
Building Permits – Included in the Price
On your behalf, we apply to the relevant council for approval of the project and any relevant building permits. Building permit costs are included in our quote.
At Tic Tag Systems, we are committed to complete transparency throughout the process. You will get the emails of approval at the same time as we do and we will keep you informed each step of the way.
Payment & Finance Options
Payment is typically made in two parts: a 50% deposit before the installation commences and the rest on completion. Need more flexible finance options? Talk to our friendly team about your options.
Installation & Full Client Satisfaction
Our highly trained installers will make sure your system is installed to the highest level in compliance with all relevant regulations. We value your business and strive to deliver the highest quality solar power installation every time.
Every job is quality checked and approved and we do not finish a job until we have full client satisfaction and sign off. Once the job is complete, we check in with you to make sure everything is running smoothly and effectively.
